Question: I have about 100 albums on my Zune(from my old computer) I just downloaded the programe(microsoft zune) unto a new computer, the new computer only has about 4 albums. I do I make sure its what's on my zune that goes into the computer(100 albums) instead of the musci on the computer(4 albums) coming onto the zune which will erase my other albums(it happened to me before) I know this is a lot, I just hope there is someone out there that can help me out.

Answer: Ok, I think I can help you out. Click on this link, download the patcher, and follow the instructions on the page. This "patcher" will let you see your zune as an external hard drive. This means that when you plug in your zune, you can click on My Computer, and your zune will be there. Double click your zune (there will be 2 there, it doesn't matter which one you choose), and then double click the storage folder. You then must enter the music folder, go to edit --> select all and then edit --> copy. You can then paste the those 100 albums into your my music folder (or something like that) so you'll have them on your computer. I probably should've said this earlier, but I think this will only work if the songs on you zune do not have drm protection (ie you can't have bought them from the zune marketplace).
