free laptop?

Question: i need a laptop that is free...or cheap (very) that is fairly recent. like 2002 or later. how can i get it?

Answer: if you want one that is almost free... it won't be able to run anything. The cheapest laptop that will acutually run windows xp and run a browser and etc will be around $300. BUT i advise you getting a $500 one at best buy. Its a really good deal.
